Overview

The battlefield is the true test of character and leadership.

Unlike civilian life, military life operates on a different set of values stemming from the “do-or-die” paradigm – as one mistake could result in imminent death of the entire team, hence the term “platoon”. Civilians entering the military must rethink their values anddecisions – the only way to survive is together, and the only way to victory is as a team.

The chain as strong as its weakest link – the team's success is adversely affected by its least capable member(s), therefore true leadership will attend and fix the issues.

ESCAPE Platoon re-creates the military environment, adapted to today’s corporate civilians for while retaining its essence of the battlefield to convey its lessons.

A platoon is a unit of soldiers working together under a commander. Any effective platoon must have comradery – fostering a deep sense of mutual support to rely on each other to complete a mission as a team.

Platoon members must problem-solve under pressure in order to survive on the battlefield, just like the cut-throat corporate world – they must remain resilient, think critically, be quick ontheir feet and adapt to changing circumstances to survive. This is core to ESCAPE Platoon Training Programme.

• 1-day programme: 10am - 6pm
