• at least 2 days ahead for Team Building and Greenie Programme tickets.

We conduct rigorous safety audits and adhere to a strict preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring that each attraction is thoroughly inspected and serviced consistently including prior to daily operations.

While we encourage all visitors to follow published park rules and exercise reasonable care when using the attractions, ESCAPE remains fully committed to our duty of care by maintaining onsite medical facilities for first aid and ensuring that appropriate insurance coverage is in place.
